About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by L.P Therapy Clinic, operated by Lisa Peterson, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by the clinic. Bookings can be made via our online booking system, by telephone, or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from the clinic. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
Consultation Requirement
A consultation is required before your first treatment. For certain treatments — particularly non-surgical aesthetic procedures — a suitability assessment must be completed before treatment proceeds. This is for your safety and wellbeing. The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if, following consultation, it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for you.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge up to the full treatment cost for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or not attended without prior contact.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, your treatment time may be reduced and the full appointment fee will still apply. If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept payment by cash and card. Prices are as listed on our website and price list at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change — please confirm current pricing before booking.
Health & Medical Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and any medications or conditions that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and suitability of your treatment. The clinic accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical information.
Treatment Results
Results from treatments vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Any descriptions of potential outcomes on our website or in consultations are indicative only. The clinic does not guarantee specific results from any treatment. If you have concerns about your results, please contact us promptly.
Contraindications
Certain treatments are not suitable for clients with specific medical conditions, during pregnancy, or in other circumstances. It is your responsibility to inform the clinic of any relevant health changes before each appointment. The clinic reserves the right to decline or modify treatment if a contraindication is identified.
Aftercare
Aftercare guidance will be provided following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow this guidance. The clinic accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Liability
L.P Therapy Clinic carries professional indemnity and public liability insurance. Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the treatment provided. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
Changes to These Terms
